Our Story

AFT imports, converts and distributes an extensive range of specialty tapes, foam tapes and rubber extrusions from select manufacturers around the world. These products are supplied to a national distribution network and key customers in Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia.

We manufacture and convert a complete range of PVC, Foam Nitrile, EPDM, Rubber and Sheet Acoustical materials in roll and sheet form or die cut to suit many applications. These materials include ethylene and urethane and are all available with or without adhesive backing and can be single or double-sided.

We are proud to be the Australian agents for the US Based “Bumper Specialties” company who produce first class bumper pad products for use in a multitude of applications.

We are also proud to be the Australian agent for the world class Cleanseal range of extruded rubber products, PVC Edge Trims and mouldings.

Glass and Glazing

AFT is a long-term supplier to the Glass and Glazing Industry and a supply partner for
Australia’s major window and glass manufacturers, with our products used extensively
throughout the market. From Protection Tapes to Rubber extrusions, we support a wide

Marine

AFT has been a major supplier into the Marine Industry for well over 10 years. We have a
great understanding of the demands placed on our products in the construction and

and Refrigeration industries. These include but not limited to die cut foam gaskets, rubber
extrusions and moulded rubber gaskets.

Window and Door Manufacture

AFT is a major supplier of Protection Films and Foam Tapes to some of Australia’s leading
domestic and commercial window manufacturers. In fact, AFT developed its class leading
H60 window protection film in response to the domestic window industries need for a
reliable, highly UV resistant and stable protection film. Our product has been copied many
times over but has never been successfully replicated. We also have the class leading Black
PE frame protection tape – 214. The original and best powder coated aluminium frame
protection tape developed some 30 plus years ago that has stood the test of time. Our

protection tape range has been QUV tested at university laboratories against commonly
available copies and was proven to outperform our competitors. We also have a vast range
of single and double sided PVC glazing foam tapes that can be custom cut on our in-
house slitters to your exact width requirements
